The International Centre of Insect Physiology and Ecology (icipe) has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Regional Scholarship and Innovation Fund Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for goods, works, non-consulting and consulting services to be procured under this Project.
This document is a formal Request for Quotation from prospective supplier firms to provide Photography, Videography and Virtual Conference Platform Management Services at The 6th Paset Forum and Rsif Conference to be held from 23-25 April 2024 in Nairobi, Kenya as A Hybrid Event. The firms activities include those before, during and after the conference. The information you disclose will be handled in the strictest confidence by icipe. The firm will also be held responsible for disclosing incorrect or misleading information.

The attention of interested bidders is drawn to Section III, paragraph 3.14, 3.15 and 3.19 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 (Procurement Regulations), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
Request for Quotation can be delivered in a written form to the address below (in person and deposit in the icipe tender box, located at icipe Duduville campus, Kasarani, Nairobi (Caroll Wilson Building, Ground Floor) on or before 6th March 2024 at 11.00 am local time. The bids will be opened same date and time in the presence of those submitting.
