REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF AUTO PAINTS AND RELATED MATERIALS TO icipe DUDUVILLE CAMPUS, NAIROBI

  1. The International Centre of Insect Physiology and Ecology (icipe) is an intergovernmental organisation headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya that carries out research and training in sustainable management of insects (arthropods) for improving comprehensive health and agricultural productivity in the tropics (www.icipe.org).
  2. icipe intends to prequalify suppliers for the supply and delivery of Auto Paints and related materials to icipe Duduville Campus, Nairobi.
  3. icipe, now invites interested bidders who are able to demonstrate technical and financial capability and to undertake supply and deliver these goods.
  4. Interested bidders should provide:
  • Cover letter on firms headed paper giving complete details including email addresses, telephone contacts, and office location.
  • Comprehensive Company profile, stating the core business, including organization chart.
  • Copy of Company’s certificate of Incorporation/Registration.
  • Copies of valid Tax Compliance and PIN certificates.
  • Copy of valid Trade License.
  • Copies of at least three (3) Purchase orders for similar goods (of your highest value) for the last three years. See attached Annex 1 - list of goods here: Download Link
  1. Completed proposals must be submitted in hard copy through the icipe Tender Box on or before 11:00 hours East Africa Time on 14th September 2022. The submissions should be addressed per the address below and clearly marked: ‘Request for Proposals – supply and delivery of Auto Paints and related materials to icipe Duduville Campus, Nairobi”. Late submissions will be rejected.
