Jane is a DRIP Scholar supervised Dr Dan Masiga and Pwani University. Her research interest is in arboviruses, generally applying bioinformatics tools in analysis of big data. Jane is currently undertaking her MSc studies in Bioinformatics at Pwani University in Kilifi, Kenya, which is funded through the Eastern African Network for Bioinformatics Training (EANBiT). She completed her BSc studies in Microbiology at Pwani University, Kenya.
