We are pleased to present the icipe Annual Report for 2024, a year of transition as the Centre embarked on a new leadership phase. This Report highlights our intensified efforts to harness the power of insects and insect science, towards nature-positive innovations that promote climate resilience, protect the environment, enhance food and nutrition security, and support healthier livelihoods. It also reaffirms icipe’s unique role in advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and Agenda 2063, Africa’s blueprint for transformation, while remaining closely aligned with local and national priorities.
