Mrs. Padmaja Siripragada is the Manager, Coordination and Operations in the Corporate Services directorate at icipe. She is based at icipe Duduville campus.

Padmaja holds a master’s degree in Commerce from Osmania University, India. Prior to joining icipe, Padmaja worked as an Associate Manager, Operations & Coordination at ICRISAT. Her other previous engagements include Executive Assistant to the CEO in NSL Nagapatnam Power & Infratech Pvt. Ltd., Business Analyst for Customer Services Department in Bharti Airtel Limited, and Executive Assistant for CEO in Shriram Bioseed Genetics (India) Limited. A committed and results-oriented leader with an impressive 30-year track record, of which 20 years present demonstrated expertise in delivering comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, and driving excellence in coordinating and ensuring timely delivery of complex projects.

Padmaja is a member of the Indian Association of Secretaries and Administrative Professionals. She is also a certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt. Some of her professional achievements are in the areas of Project Management, Risk Management.
