The International Centre of Insect Physiology and Ecology (icipe) is an intergovernmental organisation headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya that carries out research and training in sustainable management of insects (arthropods) for improving comprehensive health and agricultural productivity in the tropics (www.icipe.org).

icipe invites interested individuals and/or parties to bid for the items listed below. The items will be sold ‘as is where is’. They can be viewed at the icipe Duduville Campus, Off Thika Road, Off Mwiki Road, Kasarani, Nairobi during the period Wednesday 8^th – Friday 10^th April 2026 from 10:00 hrs – 15:00 hrs.

Note:  *Bidders of scrap/metallic items should be licensed scrap metal dealers under the Scrap Metal Council Act of 2015 and MUST produce copy of valid licence/permit.

Completed, signed and sealed Bid Forms (Annex 1) clearly indicating the name and contact details of the bidder, item selected, bid reference and the quoted price should be submitted to the address below. The closing date for receipt of the bids is Tuesday, 14^th April 2026 from 10:00 hrs – 15:00 hrs. Late submissions will be rejected. Only winning bidders will be contacted.
