NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS
REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)
FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF A FULLY MODIFIED AND EQUIPPED MOBILE LABORATORY VAN & ASSORTED LABORATORY EQUIPMENT

The International Centre of Insect Physiology and Ecology (icipe) is an intergovernmental organisation headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya that carries out research and training in sustainable management of insects (arthropods) for improving comprehensive health and agricultural productivity in the tropics (www.icipe.org).
icipe invites quotations from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of two distinct components under this procurement:
LOT 1: A fully modified and equipped mobile laboratory van suitable for both on-road and off-road use to be delivered to icipe Duduville Campus, Kasarani, Nairobi.
LOT 2: Laboratory equipment to be installed and operated within the mobile laboratory.
Bidders must submit quotations for both LOT 1 and LOT 2 to be considered. Partial bids will not be evaluated.

Completed Quotation document must be delivered through the email address rsiftenders@icipe.org on or before 25th April, 2025 at 11:00 hrs, East Africa Time – extended to 29th April, 2025 at 16:00 hrs. The bids will be retrieved from the email box and registered on the same date and time. The submissions should be clearly marked: ‘Request for Quotations – Supply and Delivery of Mobile Laboratory Van and Equipment. REF: KE-ICIPE/RFQ-011/2025. Late submissions will be rejected.
