NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS
SALE OF USED MOTOR VEHICLES
The International Centre of Insect Physiology and Ecology (icipe) is an intergovernmental organisation headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya that carries out research and training in sustainable management of insects (arthropods) for improving comprehensive health and agricultural productivity in the tropics (www.icipe.org).
icipe invites interested bidders to bid for used Motor vehicles as presented and described in the URL below. The vehicles will be sold ‘as is where is’. The vehicles can be viewed at icipe Duduville Campus, Off Thika Road, Kasarani, Nairobi, during the period 24th - 29th August 2022 (week days only) from 10:00 hrs – 15:00 hrs. icipe reserves the right to refuse admission to its premises without stating the reason.
How to apply:
- Interested bidders are required to purchase a tender registration form at KShs.1,000 each. The Form is available at the Transport Unit.

Sealed bids clearly indicating the name, telephone and e-mail contacts of the bidder, vehicle selected indicating the Model, registration number, and the quoted price should be submitted to the address below. The closing date for receipt of the bids is Wednesday, 30th August 2022 at 12:00 noon. Late submissions shall not be accepted. Only winning bidders will be contacted.
