Philip is a DRIP MSc scholar supervised by Dr Lilian Wambua (icipe), Dr Bernard Kulohoma (icipe) and Dr Joel Bargul (Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), Kenya). Philip is currently investigating the molecular mechanisms underlying multi-drug resistance to pyrethroids and Amitraz in Rhipicephalus and Amblyomma tick species in Kwale County, coastal Kenya. He is registered for a MSc at JKUAT and is supported by a scholarship from World Federation of Scientists (WFS).
