Invitation for Bids – Sale of Used Motor Vehicle

1.  The International Centre of Insect Physiology and Ecology (icipe) is an intergovernmental organisation headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya that carries out research and training in sustainable management of insects (arthropods) for improving comprehensive health and agricultural productivity in the tropics (www.icipe.org).

icipe, on behalf of the Partnership for Economic Policy (PEP) invites interested individuals and/or parties to bid for Used Motor Vehicle as presented and described in the URL below. The vehicle will be sold ‘as is where is’ and can be viewed at icipe Duduville Campus, Off Thika Road, Kasarani, Nairobi during the period 29th November – 14th December 2017 (week days only) from 10:00 hrs – 15:00 hrs.

2. How to apply:

a)    Interested bidders are required to purchase a Tender registration form at KShs.1,000 each. The Form is available at the Transport Unit, Mr. Donald Mwachoni.

3.    Sealed bids clearly indicating the name and contact details of the bidder, vehicle selected indicating the Model, registration number and location, and the quoted price should be submitted to the address below. The closing date for receipt of the bids is Friday, 15th December 2017 at 11:00 hrs. Only winning bidders will be contacted.
