icipe is one of 14 universities (7 in Africa and 7 from the UK universities) that will participate in a PhD scholarship programme recently launched by the President of the Republic of Mauritius, Professor Ameena Gurib-Fakim, in her capacity as Vice President of Planet Earth Institute Foundation.
