Ms Shira is the Business Development Manager for BioInnovate Africa. She holds a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore), and a BA in Civil Engineering from Makerere University (Uganda). She leads all business development and related matters, thanks to her extensive private sector experience, having worked with numerous start-ups in Africa. She also supports the overall coordination of BioInnovate Africa activities.
