Dr Mark Wamalwa is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Modelling under the Plant Health Theme. Mark holds a PhD in Bioinformatics from the University of Western Cape, South Africa; an MSc in Bioinformatics from Wageningen University & Research, the Netherlands, and a BSC in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. Previoulsy, Mark was a Lecturer at Kenyatta University in the Biochemistry and Biotechnology Department. He has also served as a Postdoctoral Scientist, Bioinformatics, at BecA-ILRI hub, and as a Research Fellow at Solvay Pharmaceuticals, Netherlands.
